Ballroom Workout:
Incorporates ballroom elements and a high impact cardio workout. The repetitive nature of this class is helpful for beginners looking to perfect their basic steps while also great for advanced students trying to perfect their fundamental techniques.
Beginner's Class:
Specifically designed for brand new students to build and master the basics of the major smooth and rhythm dances.
Technique:
Focuses on footwork, arm styling, balance, control, proper movement of the body, etc. This class will further your understanding of dance and allow you to develop into a well-trained and disciplined bronze or above dancer.
Social Latin: (Most Popular Class!)
High energy rhythm dancing using popular social latin dance steps from salsa, bachata, cumbia, etc. This will help you build the confidence to start dancing at all the salsa clubs and events!
Strength & Flexibility:
Specifically works on different muscle groups with focus on the abs, thighs, and butt. This class has a yoga atmosphere wherein you can calm yourself and really focus on you and your breathing. Yoga mats are required.
Party Prep Class:
On most Friday nights, we have social parties from 8-9:30pm. This class helps anyone who wants to feel more confident in dancing during our parties. You will learn fun new moves in the major dances as well as popular party line dances and exciting new dances such as samba, merengue, polka, etc. Every class is different and you'll always learn something fun!
Formation:
This class is for intermediate and advanced students that are interested in learning choreography for a group dance that will be performed at a regional competition.
